Может ли убиватся хард из за брака железа?
Интересный вопрос. Какой ноут вообще? Может проблема не единственная в своем роде?

Acer Aspire 5551G. Покупали с друзьями себе одинаковые, в одном магазине (3 штуки). Из нас троих такие проблемы только у меня.

Системы две стоит?
Часто нажимаете на кнопку off при зависании или других моментах?
Все данные сохранить,купить новый винт,поставить,а этот загнать в box,
и использовать как флешку или загрузочную флешку?

Системы 2 - Арч и винда, но винда загружается раз в пол года. К ноуту стараюсь обращаться как можно бережней. После того как начались проблемы с включением полностью форматнул финт и переразбил разделы по новой. Проблема осталась.

Может ли убиватся хард из за брака железа? С момента покупки ноута была проблема с винтом - периодически создавался эфект того, что на него сразу копируют дофигища инфы (индикатор харда горел немигая), при этом система зависала на пару секунд/минут, после чего или восстанавливалась нормальная работа (Линукс) или отключался хард (Виндовс). После последнего приходилось жать на резет. Носил его по гарантии, хард заменили на новый, даже от другой фирмы. Но это проблемы не решило. Виндой не пользуюсь, а к переодическим зависаниям уже привык.
Носить на гарантию снова не хотел, во первых надо ехать в другую область, во вторых после первого раза мне перетянули шуруп, обломив при этом пластмассовую штангу с резьбой. что привело к поломке корпуса (при открытии ноута "отламался монитор").

Думается, винт собирается в нирвану.....
1. Похоже собирается - реалоков - 6, а пендингов уже 190. Хорошо бы понаблюдать их динамику.
Очень большое значение 220 Disk_Shift .... 8245 - на состояние диска вроде бы и не влияет, но впервые вижу такое большое значение.
2. Хотя на новых современных дисках Maximum mount count=-1, но, на всякий случай, можно проверить это значение
sudo tune2fs -l /dev/sda3 |grep "ount count" - вместо sda3 поставь свой раздел. Вывод должен быть типа такого
...........
Mount count: 2521 (PS...это мое значение, у тебя будет другое)
Maximum mount count: -1 (PS.....если не -1, то нужно изменить)
PS.........забыл, заоодно уж нужно проверить и автопроверку

С недавних пор во время работы ноутбука, файловая система "включает" read only режим. При перезагрузке, система отказывается запускаться, просит fsck. Вышеупомянутая команда проверяет винт и что-то исправляет от минуты до 3х часов (было раз), после чего грузится система (до следующего раза).
Грешу на винт, но надеюсь на лучшее. Подскажите решение, или, хотя бы, как узнать причину. Пишите выводы каких команд требуются.
При попытке перетянуть файл в папку или в другое окно появляется рамка вокруг окна и файл не перетягивается

Например, хочу переместить папку 1 в папку 2 (смотрите картинку). Хватаю мышкой первую папку и тяну на папку 2. иконка папки сдвигается на пару миллиметров вправо и вниз и замирает на этом месте, при этом появляется оранжевая рамка вокруг окна..
