      Хм. Спасибо. То что колёсики не крутились навело на мысль, что нехватает каких-то модулей кроме glx и dri…
Нашёл человека у которого есть конфиг на ATI. Посмотрел, добавил модули. Завел.

      Колёсики крутятся. Скринсервер - тормозит. И тут я узрел лишнюю секцию Screen в Хконфиге. Закоментировал. Всё работает!

      Забыл про модули. Они такие если кому интересно : glx, dbe, dri, v4l, type1, freetype.
Всем кто пытался помочь большое спасибо  :) .

Поновой прогнал xorgconfig и aticonfig. Настроил. Всё завелось. Смотрю как запускается трёхмерный скринсервер… Одни тормоза… Зато glxinfo показывает “direct rendering: yes”.

Fglrx есть но почему-то есть и generic. Убрать его можно без особых последствий?

Товарищи арчеровцы, здрасте. Проблема в следующем: ставлю дрова ATI (проприетарные), прогоняю aticonfig или как его там… В xorg.conf поставлен и “glx” и “dri”. И mesa стоит, но 3d ускорение не работает! Где-то читал что важен порядок установки mesa/xorg/драйверов ati. Кто знает как правильно их поставить? Xorg.conf выложить сейчас не могу. В wiki по ati всё по английски… Помогите pls…
