Что за?
А вы уверены, что это вывод именно ip addr, а не ip link ?

Лозунг у них был такой: "Познание бесконечности требует бесконечного времени". С этим я не спорил, но они делали из этого неожиданный вывод: "А потому работай не работай — все едино". И в интересах неувеличения энтропии Вселенной они не работали. (с)

А вы уверены, что это вывод именно ip addr, а не ip link ?

Сколько себя помню ip a ВСЕГДА выводил полную информацию по всем интерфейсам.

В общем, диагноз более-менее ясен – это баг дефолта опции -f ( -family ) , которая по дефолту должна отсутствовать вовсе, а она явно работает с фильтром “link”

P.S.
Посмотрел в багах – там уже есть, и даже ссылка на баг в апстриме, как я и думал, там прямо говорится об упомянутой мною опции.
